In 2004, class actions were filed in connection with Canadian Superior Energy, Inc., et al in the Ontario and Quebec Superior Courts.
A Settlement Agreement was reached on January 23, 2006, and was approved by the Quebec and Ontario Superior Courts on March 20 and April 3, 2006, respectively.
