The Canadian Commercial Workers Industry Pension Plan retained Siskinds to commence a class action against the Canadian pharmaceutical company, Biovail Corporation, and certain of Biovail's officers and directors. The action arises out of alleged misrepresentations relating to certain of Biovail's key, pharmaceutical products. This class action is being brought on behalf of persons and entities who purchased Biovail shares from February 7, 2003 to March 3, 2004 (the "CLASS PERIOD ").
